Much of life can be like the picture below!

Because of parents, siblings, accidents, physical limitations, teachers, etc., we all pick up baggage that we could do without. This extra weight can be very disheartening and take away our true potential as a human being. When we talk about it, offtimes the baggage falls by the roadside.

I am a sexual therapist tempered by the Bible and modern family developments. I first started my counseling in the mid '80s helping groups and individuals come back from their "little dark room" and adjust to a new life. An independant objective view can sometimes change the acceptance of some cruel memmories, that we might have been building the blocks of our future on.
